    so there you go, i prefer the 4 spot a million times better. Clear side repeaters are in the post, aswell as a gti badge for the grill....I want some wider BBS next, but there gona cost a bundle.

    And about the CGTI stickers, although im not a paid member im going to supscribe in the next few days. The stickers were in the service book not used! If i dont end up subscribed ill take them off, as i dont like representing something im not properly a part of!

    Im really pleased with the car, love it. Clean up of the engine is next in line for my DIY jobs.

    hope you like

    cheers

    why the best colour in your opinion lol? I like it as its abit more 'interesting' than black, but still has that dark tint to it. comes out looking brilliant when polished to!

    Did you buy one of those fake Club GTI ebay stickers? Or was it already on the car?

    Still havent got round to it yet, will sort it soon.

    and Tim:

    Just follow this FAQ;

    http://www.clubgti.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=87490

    A link to the LEDs is on here, dont get any extra bright ones! There by far bright enough! As for advice, well, when you do finally get it in, test it by just plugging in the power lead. I didnt think to do this, and put everything back in only to find the screen light didnt work. So took a while to get it all out again.

    Another thing, theres 2 screws behind the screen that are really awkward to get 2, which involves bending the bord a fair bit, so I actually drilled a hole through the rear case just behind the screw....Gives much easier access and causes no trouble.

    The trickiest bit I found (after getting it all out) was doing the bulbs themselves, they can be tricky if your crappy at soldering....Just take your time. I did abit of an easier bodge job, but I dont really care now lol :)

    Good look mate.

    Yes mate, look at the bottomof the FAQ. I havent done any switches yet, I tried my heater control but cocked it up....Its hard to get the back off :( Although once off its actually easier. One thing tho, the heater control in the FAQ is slightly differnet to the one you probably have, on that one you have to change filters behind each dial, but you dont on mine. Changing the bulb will be a bugger. The easiest way I think, is to find something that will act as a 'cap' to the LED. It currently has a green rubber top on which you can take off, if only there was a blue one......And last but not least, its best to spray the background black instead of leaving it grey, looks much better!

    Will try it again tommorow.....actually monday, airshow tomoz!
