Nice one, the wheels and a bit of lowering will make it alright!

Does the exterior kit consist of: sills, front and rear spoiler and front grille? looks good and better than the one pictured in silver

So finally you got an X-flow setup? Now get on with finishing the Mk2, instead of being tempted to modify this one [:D]

A week before the right wheels turned up I bought these

Which I knew nothing about, they are genuinely rare CR7 rims, 17x8.5 and 17x9.5

So my not modifying plan is still working, ish

I have to get a new exhaust, so it will be custom stainless to fit with the rear bumper valance other than that, no plans for modding it.

Alan, what is a Oettinger Passat - excuse my ignorance.

Anyhow looks like your having fun, which is what it's all about. I was at the Forge Motorsport Day and amongst other things a Skoda club was there with VRS? versions of Skoda's (assume it was the VRS Skoda Club then) Anyway they all seemed to be having fun and enjoyment with minimal mods to a well developed base car, which seemed like a good way to have fun.

Oettinger made a selection of bits for the bora, which include the kit, with either a full bumper or a valance (which I have), other parts included 1.8t agu with upgrades for 230 ps or tdi remaps, wheels, exhausts, suspension, plus bits and pieces for the interior.

All of which from what I gather were available as extras from VW for loads of money as you can imagine. I have been trying to find a full front bumper without paying the almost 600 euro price tag!

My car obviously has the kit and now the wheels, I'm collecting things as I go. There is a complete 1.8t engine knocking about, but it's a bit too much for me as a project right now.

The car is my daily, but I can't have a shed as a daily so I'll keep it clean and gently add bits as I can

I have to be honest, I want some more power!
