    I had a 260z, restored it back I 2008 and sold it last year.

    I'll throw up a couple of pics later, it's just basically a standard gti apart from coilovers and g60 wheels.

    I haven't had it long so still learning about the mk2 as I go along.

    Nope, all intake pipes cleaned and oil level lowered to 3/?. Some blue smoke at high rpm when changing gear, also when coasting from high rpm then when I accelerate there smoke smoke. Again not all the time.
    Starting to think valve stem seals? Although the head gasket was done by previous owner only about 3k miles ago and head was rebuilt. I'll also do a compression test

    Usually exhaust valve guides on 16v.

    surly they would have been changed when the head was being done? I know the valves were supposedly reground
