Hi guys, one of the plastic guides on the side of my big bumper has broke and is sagging badly, when I took the bumper of it appears the guides aren't bolted on but 'melted on' if that makes sense, what's the best way to remove and refit a new guide?

what ive done in the past is carefully drill/chop/chisel off the head of the melted studs, then used a suitable self tapper to secure the new bracket :)

Use a small blowtorch heat the flattened plastic tabs then slide off slider, get tabs hot again and twist into a point as such, couple of minutes to cool down, slide new slider over 4 tabs then reheat and squash tabs back down , let it cool down and away u go
