Looking for a Aux/USB to replace the "data cable" socket

Firstly is this something I can buy as a stand alone unit, and how easy is it to swap out.

I really want to swap the "data cable" (apologies for wrong name) for the module that has the Aux/USB socket, this is in my 14 plate GTD.
