So I want to get my R8s refurbished but I'm not sure what color to do them[:s] should I keep them the original silver or something like black or gunmetal?

Your sBro. (TSC) and I both recon. it should be an original R8 colour.

So, for us, it's either Silver or White.

It would be nice to know exactly which RAL Codes the original colours were? I'd like to re-paint mine in the correct shade so I'll be researching it when I get back from Bahrain.

I didn't know they came in white. I did like how white wheels looked on my golf so I might go with that

    Thanks sDa and sBro

Is zermatt silver the one with the kind of rough/crackle texture to it? It's not a smooth finish like normal wheels right?

    Looking good Lee.
    Remind me are the wheels 6 x 15 or 6 1/2 x 15 and what's the ET.
If you find any 6 x 15 please let me know as just 1 of mine has been stolen.

... all of which means 4x100 remakes aren't out of the question if commercially viable...

    I have now acquired:

    6 OFF 6 x 15 x ET35 - Original un-refurbished
    4 OFF 6 x 15 x ET 45 - Refurbished white

Not found any 7 x 15 yet. But still looking.
    I'll also buy any more 6 x 15s that I find!
