Hello all, I have my 16v G60 on Megasquirt and re-wrote the firmware to use the switches instead of TPS position. I'd now like to use a proper TPS for tuning and looking at options to drive one from the G60 TB. All I can think of is some form of rose jointed arm to a tps with similar rose joint, has anybody got any suggestions?. Can't really use a different TB unless theres another with TPS and a bypass butterfly?.
I put a stub off of the bottom on mine, and put on a Ford spring loaded one, off of a 00 shape Fiesta

Thanks for the link!, I'd seen Trev16vs picture but thought it was a different TB!. Bigger fish to fry, was moving the Golf out of the way as I'm having new gutters etc and the Megasquirt 1 randomly exploded. C15 capacitor by the look of it but could be more carnage underneath!.
Late to the party again, so sorry about your C15. I have a 96 Passat 16v Auto (from the US/CAN) throttle body on my NA 8v, which had a TPS as stock. No 2ndary boost bypass, but VW twin butterfly. Thank you, I'll have a look into that as well!. I'm sure I've blown C15 twice now, bought a bag of 6 for spares!. Must be some underlying issue or I'm just unlucky..
