I'm about to change hall sensor inside of the distributor in my ABF, is there a way to check Ignition timing with VCDS? And do I need to somehow adjust it after I replace the hall sensor?
if its on the ABF ECU the distributor is not movable, ignition timing is not adjustable if its on kr kjet management, then see here: https://clubgti.com/forums/index.ph...air-and-tune-your-mk2-corrado-1-8-16v.195423/
if the distributor cap is angled so the plug leads are on the top and its held on with 2 screws, its abf management and no need to worry. if the cap is straight and clipped on, its on kjet or some other older management system. even if its kjet or whatever if you carefully mark the distributor position you can put it back on in the same place as it was before
