Hi all, I took my steering wheel out to straighten it and npw once I attached the horn back it constantly stays on, it stops if I remove the bottom clips which holds the horn in place. This is the type of steering wheel I have. Thanks in advance. 20190501_164121.jpg

The two plates must be touching somehow. Take it back to bits and double check nothings bent and that the spade connector isn't loose/ touching somewhere it isn't meant to be.

also check the horn tab on the stalks isnt bent, and wheel isnt sitting too close to the ignition housing. if its a small spline there should be a black plastic spacer which keeps the wheel the right distance from the stalks
