Can anybody tell me how I remove this pin from the main headlight switch?

And can I buy a replacement pin?

Also, does anyone have a length (approx 40cm) of grey/blue wire used for the lighting circuit?

    Cheers

just need a flat and stiff pokey implement to release the latch, if it's been tugged on you also need to use a similar stiff pokey implement in the back side to push it forward while you simultaneously poke it from the front (lol)

replacement pins are industry standard 2.8mm latched spade terminals, the larger ones are 6.3mm. Be sure you get latched ones, otherwise the pins will just fall right out again ;)
