    Hi folks,

I’ve just bought a Bosch 0986AH0502 fanfare horn to replace the oem (single) horn on my Mk3 Gti. Has anyone fitted a horn like this? The horns have 4 spade attachments. My original horn only has 2 wires. Not sure of how to fit it to my car.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Paul

Do you have 2x horns, so each one has a ground and +ve?
Or does the single horn have connections, any pics?

    Hi M,

My original horn is a single and has just two wires connected to it. The new horn has two horns (high/low tone).

    Cheers,

    Paul

strange, the gti would usually have dual horns also. anyway you simply tap the 2nd set of terminals to the wires for the original horn, this is how mk1/2/3 with dual horn are wired
