    Funkyfin,
ETOS is the computer parts catalogue which is used by the parts department.
I don't have the cd as it was lent to me by a friend and he took it back with him. Sorry mate.

    Thanks dUff.

The engines I'm really struggling on at present are:
    VER, BEK, AUG, AMU, AWP.

I have hp figures for all of them, but am missing comp ratio, head port size, VVT, Int/ext, Turbo, DBW/Cable, Injector size and piston pin size.

    Thanks
    Mike

I have started finding a few part numbers for parts which are used across the board on the 1.8 20V T engines.

Please keep the info going. If you can fill just one gap, it all helps.
    Thanks
    MG

Just one thing. When you say "external" water pump. Do you mean the pump is separate to the timing belt?

Internal water pump means that the water pump is actually bolted into the block, unlike earlier VW blocks where it bolts onto the outside.

Here is a pic (taken from "All Things Scirocco" http://www.funksoulkitty.org/). This is an Internal water pump.

You can see at the bottom left hand corner, the water pump gear and the bulge in the block where it sits.

    dUff,
I just printed out a page of it in Black and white (portrait) and everything is very clear.
I have spent hours (over 24 now) putting this together. I hope you understand my reluctance to put up a blank copy for anyone to put on their website as their own work.
I'm not painting you in this light, but people will do it.

Would anyone perfer the "Injector" head be better as showing flow rate rather than just "LARGE/SMALL" ?

Yeap, here. Is this what you were after?

Cool. 9:1 comp ratio. [:D] Does anyone know if the manifolds with the large port heads have larger ports as well?

And fair play to you mate. Can you not make a read only passworded copy though? With your name plastered all over it. Or just host it somewhere? I'd love a copy when it's all done. Don't wanna take any of the credit away from you though.

Cheers fella - Keep up the good work.

you could make it into a .pdf file, that way you can have your logo in the background and the page cannot be selected so no text can be copied. then you could just host the file so people can download it?

    Badger-Bill.
According to Etka, it uses the same turbo as AUQ and ARY code engines so yes.
