1.8t emerald k6 setting up woes

    Evening all,
    I finally got my big turbo mk1 caddy up and running the other day and after some to-ing and fro-ing with emerald with tweaking the base map, it's still idling very poorly. I've had to do the stopper screw mod on the throttle body to open up the butterfly to keep it running, but it's still running rich with black oily smoke coming out, not masses but still coming out and idle is still quite erratic.
    Who else runs a k6 in their 20v and willing to help a lost soul.

    The base map is a configuration map for a 20v, set for trigger angles, wasted spark, type of coils injector impedance, sensors and output channels.
    The rest of stuff needs to be sorted out at a professional.

    Put the 330's back in with your original map run the cams in and then get the big injectors back in and go from there

    Thanks for the prompt reply toyotec, so really a basemap isn't up to the job of road drivability then?

    Trouble is Carey, I butchered my agu big port mani to make my homemade Jobbie, so really only the 150hp agu injectors can go in.
