Hey, i have seat ibiza mk2 gti with 16v 2.0 ABF engine.

I bought this car, it looked like it was low on power, i took it on a dyno, it was only 87kw instead of 110kw, since then I changed sensors, spark plugs, etc... it feels like it runs better now.

A new problem came up, when i give more gas on higher gear, it starts to stutter, i need to lower the gears for it to run smoothly, so if its underload it is not doing well, i dont know where to look for a problem :(

One more question: is there any way to get more power without spending a lot of money on it? :)

    hello and welcome :)

Are any codes showing up in vagcom? also if you use the vag-com measuring blocks feature you can watch all the sensor inputs in real time when the stuttering happens. also theres a log feature which allows you to make a log of sensor groups while you're driving if you dont have a co-pilot to watch while youre driving :)

    That is what Ceri suggested.

    So...does it have fault codes?

Then i would suggest to do what the all said to you
Let your ECU be readout by VCDS and see what faults you have

( i had this once it was my crankshaft sensor underneath the engine mount on the front of your car tha cable was hard because off all the oil changes of the filter. it was hard to see but it was broken but not completely )

Check the G62 sensor (temperature), might be faulty.

Just installed autodata so ill go and see how to do it :)
Also big chance my cat is clogged up, car runs especially poorly when cold, hard to change gears from higher to lower, also checked it with infrared thermometer, front of cat was 100 degrees hotter than the back of cat

The cat has to be the other way around colder on front and hotter on the back
