Im currently working on my mk2 syncro and i have heard and read on several forums that the strongest engine to make is a 9a block with a kr head. so i was planning to make a 9a block with a kr head charged with a g60. I have zero experience building engines so far that is but i was thinking if the valves can handle the supercharger with out flapping. im aiming at 250-280 hp if possible. I canĀ“t seem to find any threats about this by seaching.

The ABF bottom end is probably favoured more here. The rod length is slightly better, the engines are a little newer, and you have a built in crank sensor. Also you can use the ABF head if you want.
