I think it's about time Florence got on her Machine and putt putted out of here and made way for something a little more suited to a high octane car forum. Something old Something new EDIT. video got removed from youtube
Daniella's a rocker? Showing your age now, me old girl The only time I listened to AC DC was in a country pub in Northumberland, since it was on the jukebox. We thought it was somehow hilarious to turn up, handbrake turn in the car park, pile in, and stick on the Ace of Spades, and play pool, just because it was the loudest thing we could find to annoy the old geezer that ran it. Kidz eh?
goddamn i need to get out in the mk3 tomorrow. got all the motorhead cds in that car
Matt - to embed youtube code, just take the bit after the equals sign and put it in the youtube brackets. About 10 digits (ish).
Not that old. I was still an original shape chucker back in the day too. Where about in Northumberland would that have been? As Matt82 mentions. AC/DC is class to drive too. It has a certain energy to it. It seems to work really well when dubbed onto folks videos. Just the way the music is means it can be edited to synch in with action stuff really well. There is one of Thunderstruck with helicopters on Youtube that does this well. I got to get my car out soon and get some vid footage to try it with. EDIT. change first vid to the chopper one as original vid is removed from youtube.
i went to see them i Glasgow last year this is one of my favorites sin city bon scott i have the ac/dc family jewels dvd and
Brian J use to be in Jesmond alot (even though he lives abroad) bumped into him loads of times when i used to frequent the area.
AC/DC are directly responsible for at least 4 speeding tickets in my past. Friday afternoon, home time, stick on the CD and floor it. Next time I'm going to stick down Brian Johnson as the driver. Maybe even Bon Scott - he's not going to be worried about any tickets.
if you wear a flat cap, no sleeves and can pull off a decent geordie accent you might get away with the Brian Johnson line. awesome band, I remember having a few drinks with his daughter Carla a long time ago, fortunately she looked nothing like her dad
Ha, ha! Fail indeed, but nothing 16v related. In fact the problem there was that whilst thinking of unpowered 8v parental cast-offs, the aforementioned handbrakers, I totally forgot that Motor Sabbath and AC Kiss are different bands
