I am looking at options to replace my door cards. I intend to compete next year in the Golf GTI Championship and carbon is not allowed. I was looking at either black perspex or aluminium sheet. What thickness would be advisable for the aluminium?
    What have other people done?

that looks good, i have been meaning to sort this out too - although then the natural storage potential of the inside of the bare door frame will be lost and where do i put my tutti fruities and shades!

Just a couple of points, The above board is called Foamex. It might help with searching for it.
There is also a cheaper alternative called forex, Its just the same but a different manufacturer:thumbup:
