These are very popular on the UK roads. Compared to the FWD GTI 227ps and PP 245 ps, very very well planted into and out of a corner. Very good car straight out of the showroom.
Nice, pick mine up friday. Drove a TCR but the wheel spin and tugging at the wheel was annoying, and I'm usually a RWD guy
I develop tools for dealers to customize the performance of MQB EA888 and DSG vehicles. So we have two of these types of vehicles. A 2016 G7R and a 2019 Golf GTI PP with OPF. The GTI hammers the front wheels when there is slip, the G7R on the other hand is very stable in the straight line or being loaded up into and out of a corner. Good choice. Night and day to your old rallye I would imagine.
