Hi all just wanted to say a quick hello New polo GTI on order to use as a company car. Pretty frequent on VWROC forum as i also have a 65 plate mk7 golf r. VW Fanatic so know a bit about the cars, but thought i'd join the gti forum. Previous cars. VW Fox VW Polo GTI 1.6 petrol VW Golf GTI mk5 Audi A3 1.8 tfsi s tronic (meh) VW Scirocco 2.0tsi BMW 320d m sport coupe (urgh) Current car: Mk7 golf R On order: Polo GTI manual 3 door Spec: White, manual, pan roof, climate control, park pack, light and sight pack, carbon mirrors caps, sat nav, sport button, front armrest, convenience pack, winter pack, car net app connect. I think thats everything... Long story short I leased a golf R a year ago so i'm half way through my term, then got a job at VW so needed a cheaper company car to run and pay company car tax for until the golf R goes back, I had a drive of the latest polo gti we had in stock and absolutely loved it apart from the DSG. So ordered one. I absolutely loved my old polo gti my first performance car so to speak, so hoping i will enjoy this one just as much, i'm just hoping i haven't out grown it and will regret it. But i do love my hot hatches and small cars so hopefully i will gel with it. I will have the car a minimum of 90 days then it'll be advertised for sale, hopefully it wont sell to quickly but i imagine it will due to the spec. Any owners in the north east?
Tidy I like the polo GTI nice looking car Wouldn't mind a mk6 or 7 R myself Though the wife would want to drive it all the time lol We have a Leon fr just now not sure if I'm keeping it or not depends on how bad a offer I get Wife wants a tiguan I would rather have another Golf
