    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A full day's timed track action on the Curborough Sprint Course

Same format as both of the 2010 events:- threads
    here
    here

    - non-stop action all day
    - a relaxed meet
    - one car on track at a time (so no risk from others)
    - pure 'grass roots motorsport'

Basic boot-emptying safety. No modifications are required to enter.

This is one of the only chances in the year for VAG drivers to compare times,
on track, on a dedicated VAG-only day, so it's a special event.

An ideal event for all drivers of VAG cars of all types:

    Road, sprint or track machinery!

    2010 rates held!
    - your support appreciated!

    Club GTI Members: 39
    Non-Club GTI members: 49
    Extra drivers: 10

Helmets heavily encouraged for ALL drivers.
    'Own one: use it'.
    Now compulsory for caged cars.

In the event of someone being allowed to perform a non-timed run with a passenger,
    * indemnity must be in place
    * both driver and passenger must wear a helmet

Curborough newbies, and regulars of old, it'll be great to see you along
    - thanks in advance of your support :)

Club GTI has run events at Curborough since the early 1990s
Run by the members, for the members.

I'd love one Trev. But im going to strip the hell out of this car in 2 years. It will then be a track car exclusively i think.

And i dont even need 1 car at the moment, let alone 2. It turns about 5 miles a week.

    Hi Adam,

Good stuff, look forward to seeing you

If it's okay, renew online with 10 the usual way and then send the 39 via PayPal separately for the track entry.

    Added to pending list!

Oh, everyone's encouraged to bring a car load of people, as we want to make a big thing out of the meet aspect this year. Fill your car with your mates, bring your mum in the boot if you have to. Plus we need to keep the burger van in business :)

Would like to attend and drive in my MK2 but can't be sure it will be ready, so probably will just attend as a spectator if I am around!

    America, f*ck yeah!
I want to but don't know if I can because I have an American drivers license but I do have an american armed forces drivers license for England. Would that be good enough?
