Crank caps torque advice

    As above I'm rebuilding an e.v engine and need to know weather the main caps are bolted up
    Dry or oiled as I'm sure this would differ on the torque also do I not oil and use thread lock?thanks.

    I listed some of the torque specs to Tristan recently here.

    You do not use thread lock on these fasteners.

    I never heard you were supposed to use thread lock on any of the conrod or crank cap bolts. I always lightly oil the threads.

    That was "do not". Edited in post 2.

    Ok thanks for that.i was just concerned about doing it wrong.
    NM don't seem much on the big ends.:o
