Crank position sensor on an 8v mk2, options

    No, belt cover in place. What might not be obvious in the pics is the additional spacer bolted on using the allen heads which moves
    the pulley out about 6 or 7mm,just enough to clear the cover

    Me too. Because you can't get a quick rack for a hyd system, I've fitted the corsa electric column

    a mk3 pas pump pulley sits further out to clear the ribbed belt, if you got the spacer the right thickness it could probably be made to line up just right. also the flange the pulley bolts to can be moved in and out as its a press fit. then its just alternator that needs spacing out so everything lines up
