This is a foam ring which fits round the back of booster on a MK2 golf. It goes in the small recess and seals up against the plate bracket thing. Does anyone know where I can get a new one? It doesn't show on part diagrams
Cant say I recall this on mine and as you say its not on the ETKA diagram. I'd probably just source a rubber o'ring to replace, should be able to find one searching by diameter and OD I expect
Yeah I'll have a look and see if I can one sorted. I get what its doing but its still a bit bizzare that the diagram doesn't show it. Without it being there the "bracket" is sealed to the bulkhead but there is no seal between the servo and bracket, so kind defeats the object of the big seal
