I got bored of having a single garage as there is still never enough room so I knocked it down and started digging out for the footings for a double! Its double width but a about 6ft longer so I can easily walk round any cars in there. Its still fairly mild out so I want to have it ready to pour the concrete in for the footings the first week of the new year! A few pics of work done so far! Thats it for now just got to dig the old path up and we are ready!

I think your right, the Mrs hates it! Got a Christmas card from the neighbours so I think they maybe ok !
Got a little update, my next door neighbour complained about the size so after a lot of talking with her and the council I've been aloud to keep it it the same! I have poured the footings in 9 tons worth, will put a few pics up soon. Just waiting for the foundation blocks and blue bricks to get me up to damp proof level!
