Fog Light Fuse keeps blowing....??

    Funnily enough I have had the fog light fuse blowing today when I replaced my fusebox.

    I ended up just unplugging both front fogs at the light end & turning on the switch & then repeated with each light plugged in to find the fault. But both lights started working, god knows!!! Can only assume that there was a dirty contact on one of the lights.

    I did also clean up the 2 earth points on the gearbox & coolant flange/head, not sure if that helped or not.

    Thanks for the help further up the conversation though.

    Mk2's/Older cars don't you just love them - they are often 'self-fixing', no fear newer cars would do that.
