Does anybody out there know where I can buy a service kit for a Bosch distibutor? As I mentioned in an earlier post, my dizzy has a knackered internal oil seal and 90 bucks to replace an otherwise okay distributor seems a bit of a wrench on the pocket. I've tried a number of local contacts to no avail. Failing this, does anyone want to sell me a used spare one they may have hanging around?
GSF dont sell them as they are a strange size seal 12.5 mm or something. Do a search, there was a bloke a bout a month or two back who knew his poo regarding this problem. Have you tried a Bosch specialist??
Go to a seal spec. nd get a 12mm seal and make sure to say its for oil and that seal will do it- replaced mine about a month ago and it's perfect.
