Head porting by McDonalds of London ?????

Re-building my full race 2L16V at the moment with 13:1 forgies in and noticed
the side of the head was engraved by the guys that did the modification work.
McDonalds, London.
I bought an engine to get this head, and its a lovely job. Probably as good quality as I have seen anywhere
Just wondering if anybody knows the history of these guys????
