Hi guys, i have some isues about my 2.0 16v engine. Engine was 12.1 Wisecco pistons, dbilas 300/310 cams 5.0 / 4.4 TDC and valvelift 12.8, 12.5. Dbilas throttle bodies 48mm and VEMS ecu. Car have 245 hp on dyno. Now i need to refresh engine, put Wossner 13.1 comp ratio pistons, 102 Mol racing fuel, adjust head and cams... Basicly is same engine ascept pistons are higher CP. Now I have 25 hp less on dyno. I done remap ECU...
Any ideas why? I try almost anything...

Did you go back to 4-2-1 as before or is the 4-1 header still on ?
And did you dyno test again ?
What do you mean by `` adjust head ``

    I go 4 2 1 back again.
Yes i did dyno again, it is same. I also open little intake cam, 5 hp gain.
Head was polish and valves readjust, but same it was before.
Maybe is to much C.R pistons now... I dont know what to do...

Engines generate combustion torque over a range of speeds and cylinder fill.

The rate of torque is power, which if quoted without engine speed, does not mean a lot.

You need to at least share data graphs with the entire dyno pull, so the tips can be given, perhaps pointing you to a solution maybe.
