I’ve been asked to look at an 8v, it’s a mk1 head on a 2.0 bottom end, but I am struggling to identify the cam. The end is stamped "GPA2" with a P in a camlobe logo, and it has "SA1" and "785" cast into it between the lobes. It's running solid lifters and a Kent vernier.

This engine was built in about 2005, but this cam could have been sat around for years before. I'd guess that the P logo would be piper cams, but I can't find any evidence of that online.

    Any ideas?
