    Hi.

I'm close to finishing my engine conversion on my mk1 caddy and need some help to get it finally running.

    Started as a 1.6 d ce1.

    The spec now is:
    1.8l 16v kr
Ce1 caddy loom conversion with a mk2 golf ce2 loom by custom tweaks
Mk2 golf clocks (8000 remember counter single plug)
    Ce1 caddy fuse box
    Mk2 golf ecu.

First issue is that the Metering head doesn't seem to have the outlets for the WUR valve, is this a issue? Can I run it without?

Also the wiring loom that I had done doesn't seem to have the plug connectors for the throttle switch (3 pin) and there doesn't seem to be a plug for the idle control valve. Am I missing something?

There is a few other issues they can wait.

Please someone put me out my misery.

Maybe got the wrong metering head. Has to have ports to WUR. Here’s a photo of mine on a KR engine with the WUR lines arrowed in red. 4716DF46-9680-4E45-8911-42E19E133AD6.jpeg

No problem, if you want me to check the part number on my metering head to compare to yours let me know?
