here's some pictures of an fmic install into a mk3 ibiza i am just completing.
63mm pipework. customer supplied forge fmic
mounting and pipework fabricated to suit. minimal trimming on bumper was required. radiator had been moved back on drivers side ready.

satin debling finish as is customary for badger5 installs
all pipe work and hoses from Forge & Silicon Hoses dot com
all fabrication and welding by me

enjoy (iphone pictures, sorry not such good quality, must get myself a decent camera)

I continue to learn the ally welding bit. I guess its a few weeks of time, but spread over 10 months or so. Had my weld kit since 2002, but only used it on dc and stainless until recently.

I picked up some great advise from one of Forges top welders which made a step change in my welding ally.. I really enjoy it too.. sad but true

yea, fog light fit and clear fine on this one. just remounted the horns
smaller screen wash bottle already in place from customer which allowed room for pipe run dhown there.
very similar run to my bizas pipes.

Looks good bill. Far better than the other kits currently available.

Is that Ibiza one the ko3 hybrids?

this one currently runs a GT2x unit. Owner plans for a prper BT at a later date and has built the engine and spec'd fmic etc for that in mind.
