Hi all, hopefully I am a familiar name to most. To those that I am not, here is a brief intro.

My name is Luke and I've been a Club GTI member since around 2000/2001. Having been through 40 cars during this time, the majority VWs of some kind.

Earlier this year my business partner and I decided to setup ReddiWraps. A company based in Redditch and specialising in vehicle wrapping and detailing.

We offer a multitude of services. Ranging from simple wrapping (roofs, bonnets etc) to full wraps. We also offer everything from a safety wash, taking one hour, to full paint correction details taking multiple days to complete. We also sell a OCD Finish and WO-WO detailing products from our walk in shop.

We will be offering a permanent 10% Club GTI discount for any service offered on receipt of a valid membership card for the Club.

We will also be preparing a monthly blog on Club GTI for tips, hints and guides.

If you have any questions, please feel free to create a thread and check out our Facebook page for examples of our work.

    How flexible is the vinyl?

I see lots of clips of people covering a car but wonder how long lasting this process is?

    Cheers

Hi Paul, the vinyl is very flexible and can be stretched 30%+ and still retain shape. It's durable with a 5 year uv guarantee in most cases.

Thanks for the support Ian. Next time you pop in to test the kettle out we will make sure we are in. [:D]

We are carrying out a full winter prep detail on a Fiesta ST tomorrow, so stay tuned to that one.

    What's a "full winter prep"?

I'm looking at covering my MK1 Golf here in Australia. Which vinyl do you recommend considering temps here can hit low 40's in summer (in the shade) and minus 8 at winter.

    Does vinyl shrink over time?

    Cheers

    Paul
