    Winter update :)
    4WD Conversion:
    - Rear syncro subframe is stripped of syncro brackets awaiting haldex conversion.
    - The choice of Haldex controller is made, https://www.ecumaster.com/products/haldex-controller/
    - Haldex conversion parts on its way from Epytec, along with weld in parts for camber adjustment.

    Engine:
    - been talking too a lot of friends and tuners about my lag issues, and we are almost sure most of the problem is backpressure and wastegate related, so 3" exhaust and a separate pipe for the wastegate is being made in the same process as the haldex conversion.
if space becommes an issue, maybe running 2 x 2,5" pipe in pairs like the G60 syncro can be an solution
    - charge pipes will also be adressed, increased size and remade in aluminium

update with pictures will come when the welding starts :)

Are you sticking with the 16VT or are you going VR6T with the Haldex?

I have converted the vr6 beam to haldex before, it wasn’t to bad to be honest.

Make a jig before taking the syncro axle out and get creative with cardboard to make stencils .

I can dig out the picture if you need them

i dont have the syncro rear diff so i have nothing to make a jig out of.
but i have all the dimensions and mesurments to weld in the conversion plates :)

yup. but i bought the bare axle without the syncro diff , because im going haldex from start and not going the syncro route first.

recived the haldex conversion kit and toe camber adjustments from epytec yesterday, looks like great quality parts :)
just need to fill up with Argon gas and start the big winter project [:D]
