Hi Guys I've seen some data on the K04 compressor map and various comments on the net that the max pressure for a k04 on a sub 2.5L 4 cylinder engine is around 22psi? Is this accurate as I've seen a lot of Cupra R's and Audi S3's running 27psi peak, tapering down to 24-25 pounds at redline! Is this safe / wise? thanks!
The K04 will do 1.85 bar (~27psi) only not for a very long time. It is better to get the results from ignition and normal (20-21 psi) boost pressure. You can expect 375-385 HP if there is enough fuel (hpfp).
