Problem with your bush?
I'm sure there's a cream for that.
Didn’t get as far as I had planned today.
But made a start, v band tacked on and first pipe in place.
Then onto part 2,
Then onto part 3, I can’t get it in so I’m going to have too put a band in as it straights up.
some welding, it’s good enough. It’s not nice to weld.
Are you going to wrap it, or Zircotec?
It’ll get wrapped. Although, it is only temporary. I don’t know why I bothered with stainless and V bands! It’ll get a proper purged and tig’d exhaust when it’s finished
Nice work mate!
Thanks. It’ll do for now. Just the rest to finish now! Then onto the rotisserie
Ooh that looks tasty. Did take the steering rack apart to have it powder coated or did you just paint it?
I rebuilt the rack and painted it but being the muppet I am, I painted it once I rebuilt it, would not recommend.
Great stuff mate! After remaking my exhaust, I realised after that you can buy stainless mig wire! I made an exhaust up for my e36 using the stainless wire and its brilliant! wish id known before!
Yeah but you need argon, we use argoshield. so I may as well just buy a TIG
Some new pads courtesy of @EBC Brakes UK
Good stopping power. Cheek
should probably rebuild the callipers and get the car back onto its wheels so I can use them
Another item to add to the list then
The list grows about 30 points every time I think about it
So true. I thought I had a plan to when I started. And that went right out the window. Least this keeps us sain at the mo. Where did you get the bushes from seen a few makes not sure what ones
Which bushes? Everything is lemforder apart from the ARB drop links, and then powerflex heritage range for the rear arms, and yellow for the pointless bush on the rear beam
Separate names with a comma.
