does anyone know what wire on a mk4 golf for the reverse signal for head unit . So when I put in reverse the head unit will change automatically to camera.

OK so you want to know where to tap into on the mk4 loom for reverse? theres a 5 pin plug near the A pillar black/blue pin 5 where the rear wiring loom plugs into dash side you could tap into, or if its easier behind the dash up towards the scuttle is a bunch of coloured plugs where ecu loom joins dash side go to the orange plug pin 10 for reverse lights. might find it easier to go into it from the scuttle and feed the wire down to the dash area rather than trying to get up under the dash
