NGK Spark plugs with Audi / VW logo ?

    On removing the plugs from the B5 S4 found these branded items, anyone come across them before ?

    Plugs were extremely well worn, hoping that they were not the originals :o lol ... after 124k !

    Are they iridium plugs?
    They last ages!

    Yes they are ... was under the impression that they were good for 40 - 50k, according to service schedule and NGK info.

    Have had the car for ~ 20k and whilst it has a fully stamped history there are no receipts to provide the details.

    Hopefully a few more horses and mpg now ;) lol

    I changed the ones on our Bora V5 on Sunday. We put 100K on that car and I never changed the plugs.

    When they were removed I discovered they were OEM VW/Audi PZFR5 -11 items.
    Replacements were 12 quid + vat :o
