    hi,

i have been told that mobil one is too thin to use even on the road and to use synta silver for road use

any suggestions for the best type/make of oil to use in a 9A 16v engine on the track.

i plan to fit an external oil cooler (used to have a link to someones site showing how to do this but cant find it, anyone know it?)

    thanks

Mobil one is very good oil, but most 16vs have done over 100k and if you run mobil one your find it will seep out of unexpected places. If you use the Silver synta and run a oil cooler you will be fine, i change my oil every 3k.

Oil cooler fitting, i did write a guide for it, Click here
