oil temps creeping up in traffic - Still got the problem. any suggestions

    i cant bring myself to do more than 4k before the oil is at 80c

    Your figures are wrong. You should be doing 80k at 4c, that will speed up the warming of the oil.:thumbup:

    i know being to gentle is as bad as being hard, but i dont want to be ripping it out cos its broken.... well not yet i havent a spare engine ready to go in at the minute.
