   My pierburg 2E is working perfect only when the engine is turned off the valve needs to fully open but mine doesnt do it?

   which valve are you referring to? is it a normal 1.6-1.8 2e2 or 1.0-1.3 2e3 mechanical carb, or is it the more funky electronic 2ee?
