Quick question need help asap

Can a left hand side seatbelt be transposed to the right hand side?? my drivers side on is buggered and I have the chance of buying one but have limited time with the buyer,

thanks John was hoping that was the case,my drivers one has frayed on the edges,as my car needs new compliance I need to replace it,cheers.
