Rear beam brake compensator bracket.

    Hi.
    Is the rear brake compensator bracket bolted to the beam/mount or is it welded on. Thanks for the info.

    Mine appears to be welded on which is a shame as I need to transfer it to a mk3 beam.

    on a MK2 the spring bracket is bolted to the beam, on the mk3 its welded but I think its always there? at least on the mk3.5 cabrio without bias valve I saw it.

    the bias valve bracket in both cases is on the beam bracket to body so you need that to match when fitting a valve. If using a mk3 beam use the mk3 bias valve, spring, brackets & bolts. Mk2 beam use mk2 stuff.
