Rear spring assembly help

I bought some new rear springs for my golf MK1 (shocks and springs not coilovers) and I cannot work out how the spring goes together.

I've got the bump stops all in. There's a washer, then the spring top cap.

Does the washer stay under the top cap? Then the bush goes on top of that? Or does the bush go under the spring top cap?

The car had coil overs previously so I can't work out from removal how to fit the new ones. Not sure if I'm missing parts?
