Hi all, been a while away from this forum....

So a few years back i did a 20vt swap in my mk3 which i never went all the way of sorting it out.

I have installed a southbend stage 3 endurance up-rated clutch which never felt good... the pedal is super stiff, clutch never really disengages completely, i need to let revs drop below 3k rpm to be able to shift gears. Also if the car is stationary, engaged in 1st gear, if i rev it up with the clutch fully depressed to the firewall the car will still take off.

Any idea/ experince on this matter before i bin a 400 eur clutch?

I bought from JBS auotodesign which where of no help & when contacted southbend never gave any reasonable help neither.
Car is to be used as a fast road/ track day car.

    thanks.

But would it justify the heavy pedal? i read around that they feel oem or even softer... friends have a clutch master installed and their pedal is feather light..
