I had a hydro lock on my spare AGG engine and it bent a conrod, rest seems ok.

I got hold of a piston/conrod and wondered if I can simply replace with its existing rings? Should swap piston from my old bent one to new straight conrod or if I’d need to do full measurements and new rings etc?

depends on what your expectations and budget are. I'd give it a go with the used parts, what have you to lose?
