   I have a pdf file which is called ABF basic settings, too bad im not that smart to understand that file at the moment, with your help I hope I'll be able to understand it.
   What I understand it should reset ABF's ECU to standard?

   You need vagcom to perform this procedure, registered copy also to get basic settings functionality.
   
   tbh never seems to be needed in the real world, once you have a good kit of parts the abf just does its thing happily no need to mess about. if you're struggling to get it to idle then something is up with it

   I will get vagcom today, I dont know, sometimes it idles fine, sometimes it doesnt, also low on power
