There's no 'correct' way. It's a case of fitting, in conjunction with a rear bias restrictor, and then testing it.

    I've got 2 x 0.625s on my Mk1, but it's untested on track yet.

i've got no rear bias restrictor fitted on mine. So a case of trial and error??

Its mainly getting the linkage at the pedal box working correctly.

    Very trial and error sadly.

You'll need a bias restrictor as a rule, but no harm in developing it as you go.

Seems a bit weird to have the larger master cylinder operating the rears, i've got the same sizes as you have with a willwood pedal box but the other way round, seems to work ok.

U will need a bias valve in the line to the rear aswell I expect as its best not to be running the pedal box towards the extermities of it's adjustment. Mine is set central with mabe 2 or 3 turns to bias to the front and with the inline valve nearly fully in to limit the ressure to the rear.

Must be about right as I decided to trial with it half a turn each way to see what effect it had and the rears locked up a bit unexpectedly.. so it quickly went back to how it was!

Should i change them round then??

With the bias valve, i have two lines running to to rear for each caliper from the MC. Do i need two bias valves??

How do i setup the pedal box onto the mk1 linkage?

    I would personally,

Best to run 1 line to the rear of the car behind the handbrake then fit a T to split it into 1 for each side, fit a single bias valve in the single line from the MC to the T
