It is a great feeling, to get in from work, after a long drive and just relax. Well I had hoped to do just that after having a fairly busy weekend....but wait, there is a magazine on my door mat. Is it PeeVee... ...hang on... ...

In fact it was Autometrix's August issue of Volkswagen Driver and Club GTI is gracing the glossy pages again...!

Here is a preview of some of the pages. We did give a hint of this, at the Gazebo at Inters 2014

Btw the Reeves Mk1 is also included on on page 3 of the article... with Rambow pictured, enjoying a passenger ride in his hero car:

His thoughts? "It just blew my mind." "This thing was breaking all the rules." "Just amazing."

If anyone is interested in buying the latest mag, they're probably better off ordering it from our website ( www.volkswagendrivermag.co.uk ) later in the week when it has been updated, or calling 01525 750 500 ( stock in the office now, ready for immediate despatch..) rather than searching the newsagents etc as it's not on sale in shops just yet... ;)

Thanks very much Neil, and to eddie for posting! I'll order a few copies of this issue and the May issue with Bedfordshire write
    Up too :)

I've been looking in every shop lately and not seen it on the shelves. I'm sure I used to see normal the time!

Great thread!!!!! The black Mk1 is Club GTI member 'Gasco's car, its was a previous magazine project car, 1.9 8v and went like stink round the track

I subscribed to Volkswagen Driver mag soon after becoming Chairman, I love it!! Its a nice change from the internet, just to sit and read the pages knowing your not missing instant updates makes it realy relaxing.

My kids were well please that I was in it at Curby and Combe (and so was I lol )
