i was giving the abf a once over before a proper thrashing tonight and saw an oily mess over the gearbox

turns out the dizzy blank had become loose, well the 13mm bolt holding the clamp down had come very loose.

are these supposed to be loctited or is the plug supposed to be liquid gasketted in?

I actually forgot to refit the clamp at all when I did an ABF conversion once. I ended up with oil all over the driveway...

a plan washer with a spring washer on top would be easier than drilling the bolt to wire lock it
