Black Jack best games in casinos in Australia 2022

Cards remain. Most casinos offer a choice of poker or blackjack, and for special connoisseurs, baccarat (James Bond's favorite game) and some local exotic.

In the version of poker played in the casino, there is no main thing: bluffing. All cards are laid out on the table open. The player has one combination, the dealer has another, which is higher, and he won. What is it - a real poker! Psychological battle, a duel of wills, where the main skill is to bluff, make a partner to lay out the line, then - throw the cards without opening! But this kind of poker is not played in the casinos. And rightly so, otherwise all the cheaters in the world would come here like bees to honey. Remember the poker night scene on the train from The Affair at https://onlinecasinoaussie.com/jokaviproom-casino/? There the hero Paul Newman's deuce became aces even in the deck, pre "loaded" opponent - the same cheater, but not so smart ...

Therefore, the casino preferred "blackjack" - an analogue of our game "21 points".

For those who do not know: the idea is that the player must score more points than the dealer. Each card scores as many points as its face value: a deuce is a 2, a nine is a 9, and so on. All "pictures" and the ten give 10 points, the ace is either 1 or 11 (depending on how you want to count). The maximum possible score is 21 points, if any more than that, it's too much, and you lose.

Everything is simple: you make a bet, you get two cards, the dealer also deals himself two cards, but one leaves closed. And then the game itself begins. You can ask for one more card (but then you risk to get overcards - more than 21), and you can stop hoping that the dealer's combination will be either worse, or he will "overcards" himself.

The player, by the way, is in a better position than the dealer. The former can, at his own risk, order card after card until he gets close to the cherished 21. But the dealer can't stop if he has less than 17, and is obliged to take the next card, risking overcards. Moreover, once he's got 17, he can't risk any further, because the cherished two, three, or four might be there.

So, blackjack is a game where your chances with the dealer are at least equal. So, if you play it right, there's a good chance you won't lose. Or even walk away with a win in your pocket.

What do you mean, "play it right"?

With six to eight shuffled decks, trying to calculate the probability of one card or another is a dead end. Dustin Hoffman's character in Rain Man managed it, but he was a bit of a "living arithmometer" nutcase! It's easier to develop a scheme for yourself and stick to it, regardless of the time losses.

For example, like this. Start with the minimum bets, doubling them whenever you have two cards - 9, 10 or 11: with six or eight mixed decks, there is a good chance that you just came to the desired picture. Don't be upset if a "change" comes instead, and keep at it. If the dealer's hole card is small, don't get bogged down; stay with your 13, 14, or 15: there's a good chance that either the hole card is a picture, or the dealer will get the picture from the deck. That is, wait until he gets a bust - he can't stop at 14, 15 or 16!

' If you are lucky, bring your winnings 'to a round number ($ 50, 100 or 1000), which you have that evening the casino will not give - no way! And then gradually begin to increase the bets.

For example, put the minimum 10 "bucks" and if you win you get from the croupier another "ten" (and if the fall "blackjack" - a net 21, then all $ 15). Then you put $20 on the line and if you win you get another $20. And then - attention! - Put not $ 40, but, for example, 30; the remaining "chervonets" hide in your pocket and forget about it until you are in front of the cashier window to cash in your chips. Then, if the winning streak continues, out of the 60 "bucks" you get, put 40 at stake and 20 in your pocket... Get it?

Continue in the same vein until the "rollback" begins.

Lose boldly - but until you have the same cherished $50, $100 or $1000 in net "cash".

This is the "moment of truth", when it's decided who the winner of the evening: you or the casino! Will you have enough courage to immediately leave the room, carrying away, albeit small, but the winnings - you win. If you cowardly decide for yourself that "just one more time - and that's it!", really "all", the end. You'll stay at the table, pulling from your pocket stashed chips... Dealer, of course, and did not move an eye (a professional), but in the shower is sure to smile: the customer is ready!

As you know, the one who loses (sometimes a little) is not the one who loses his money, but the one who gets his money back.
